Accurate Prototypes and End-Use Parts With Exceptional Strength, Flexibility, and Stability

Using real engineering-grade thermoplastics, our Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process extrudes ABS (acrylonitrile butadienestyrene) plastic layer by layer, in a variety of thicknesses as fine as .005 per layer.

With incredible mechanical properties, these high-performance parts can be drilled, tapped, and threaded, and won’t shrink or warp over time. FDM parts are also perfect for rapid manufacturing applications and serve as master patterns for our Urethane Casting process for higher volume applications.

For the ultimate in aesthetics and function, we operate our Finishing Touch Smoothing Station for vapor honing of FDM parts that are 15 times smoother, producing more aesthetically pleasing parts, with minimal postprocessing.

Thanks to an armada of Stratasys Fortus equipment, we are uniquely qualified to produce prototypes and production components in our ISO 9001–rated manufacturing facility.
