PolyJET HQ Vero FORECAST 3D

VERO HQ
Rigid Opaque and transparent photopolymers provide excellent detail visualization in gray, black, white, blue, cyan, yellow, magenta and clear. You can 3D print accurate, attractive prototypes that test fit, form and function; even for moving and assembled parts. Vero HQ parts feature print layers as fine as 16 microns for models with complex geometries, smooth surfaces and thin walls.

DURUS
Durus is the a Simulated Polypropylene material, and exhibits great impact resilience and an impressive elongation at break of 44 percent. The milky white material is extremely high detail with print layers of 30 microns or 16 microns. Rigid and Flexible for snap-fit components, living hinges and other demanding applications.

FLEXIBLE MATERIALS
The family of flexible rubber-like materials (Tango family) offers a variety of elastomer characteristics including Shore scale A hardness, elongation at break, tear resistance and tensile strength. The material is useful for many applications including over-molding, soft-touch coatings, knobs, grips, gaskets, seals, footwear and much more. The material is available with 30 micron build layers in Shore values ranging from 27-95 A.

AGILUS30 CLEAR & AGILUS30 BLACK
Agilus30 produces more durable, tear-resistant prototypes that can withstand repeated flexing and bending. This superior rubber-like material is ideal for advanced design verification and rapid prototyping, and has a Shore A value of 30 and is offered in clear or black.

RIGUR
Rigur is an advanced simulated polypropylene photopolymer with improved toughness, increased dimensional stability and great surface finish. Offered in a bright white color, Rigur is ideal for flexible closures and living hinges; reusable containers and packaging; and white appliances including consumer goods, household appliances, consumer electronics and automotive parts. Digital Materials that combine Rigur with other base resins offer a range of gray color and Shore A options, expanding the applications for Rigur.

DIGITAL ABS/ABS2
Digital ABS (fabricated inside the 3D printer from two materials) is designed to simulate standard ABS plastics by combining high-temperature resistance with toughness. Digital ABS2 delivers those properties plus superior rigidity and toughness in walls thinner than .047 in. (1.2 mm). Both materials are suitable for parts that require PolyJet technology's highest possible impact resistance and shock absorption with layers of 30 microns.

MED 610
The bio-compatible photopolymer is a rigid medical material that features high dimensional stability and colorless transparency. The material is ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact of more than 30 days and short-term mucosal-membrane contact of up to 24 hours. Bio-compatible material has five medical approvals including cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, delayed type hypersensitivity, irritation and USP plastic class VI.
