Composite Cast 04-CF SPEC SHEET
In 2008 we added a specially formulated phenolic resin to our ProCast RTV lineup that allows us to create parts that can used in high temperature and other demanding applications. These high performance resins have milled glass fibers added and allows product testing in extreme environments along with substantial weight savings and rapid turnaround times. This has allowed for many traditional applications that have used cast metal parts to be converted to this process with significant cost and time savings. The most common application thus far has been the conversion of automotive intake manifolds but include Industrial, Aerospace and Defense industries as well. Contact us to discuss how we can make this work for your application. | |||
