The world of silicone is very different from other shore A materials and hold a unique advantage over many as well. We take advantage of these unique physical properties by utilizing several of our processes to produce silicone cast parts for prototypes and short run production applications. Often we CNC machine core/cavity tools to provide highly precise cast components in various medical grade silicones available in the marketplace. Working closely with a few manufacturers of materials, we have identified several materials that provide the correct physical attributes for high level laboratory testing for medical and functional testing requirements.
