Among the many additive manufacturing services we offer, the need for subtractive manufacturing using CNC machines still exists because often times the production grade material must be used. Utilizing Fadal and Haas equipment along with MasterCAM as our choice of programming software, we produce top-quality prototypes and short-run production components in a wide variety of materials both standard and exotic. Though the technology has been around longer than us it's a tried and true service, producing tightly toleranced parts for end use. Our most visible flagship CNC project might be the trophy that Tiger Woods won when he captured the 2007 BMW Championship tournament. CNC also supports other services, including Metal Laser Sintering, Plastic Laser Sintering, and our proprietary Hybrid Tooling technology.
